Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on slippers that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of wear. All other products (boat shoes, boots, loafers, and sandals) are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
  3. We will email you a return authorization form and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the completed form, and ship to our Baltimore facility
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

  • Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to the original credit card
  • PayPal payments: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for changed mind returns.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the standard return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. For exchanges to a more expensive product, you will be charged the difference; for less expensive products, we will refund the difference.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions), the return process is the same. However, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items to the United States. These costs are non-refundable.
